Asal Pansaar Dawakhana Exchange & Return Policy
At Asal Pansaar Dawakhana, we strive to provide you with high-quality herbal products, and your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. Here’s how our return policy works:
1. Whitening cream:
· If the seal of the product is opened, it is not refundable or exchangeable.
· Unopened products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund, with a deduction of Rs. 250.
2. Akseeri Majoon mumsik Khaas and Majoon e Shabab Kamal:
· Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the seals are unopened.
· Customers with allergies to any of the ingredients in Majoon products may receive a partial refund (not full).
· Asal Pansaar Dawakhana reserves the right to grant partial refunds to special and loyal customers with genuine reasons.
3. Return Process:
· To initiate a return or exchange, please send the product to the Asal Pansaar Dawakhana Return Address.
· Once we receive the product at our office, we will process your refund within 24 hours (processing time).
· The Rs. 250 deduction applies to refunds, not exchanges. Exchanges are free for customers.
4. Timeframe:
· Our refund or exchange policy is applicable within 7 days from the date of parcel delivery, inclusive of the day of receipt.
· To facilitate the process, please send us a picture of the parcel with the delivery slip pasted on the flyer.
5. Change of Mind:
· Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.

اصل پنسار دواخانہ میں، ہماری کوشش ہے کہ ہم آپ کو اعلیٰ معیار کے جڑی بوٹیوں کے مصنوعات فراہم کریں، اور آپ کی اطمینان ہماری اولین ترجیح ہے۔ ہم سمجھتے ہیں کہ بعض اوقات آپ کو کسی مصنوعات کو واپس کرنے یا تبدیل کرنے کی ضرورت پڑ سکتی ہے۔ ہماری واپسی کی پالیسی اس طرح کام کرتی ہے:

· اگر مصنوعات کی مہر کھولی جا چکی ہے، تو یہ قابل واپسی یا قابل تبادلہ نہیں ہے۔
· بند مہر والی مصنوعات کو ترسیل کی تاریخ سے 7 دنوں کے اندر واپس کر کے رقم واپس لی جا سکتی ہے، جس میں سے 250 روپے کٹوتی کی جائے گی۔
2. اکسیری معجون ممسک خاص اور معجون شباب کمال:
· واپسی یا تبادلہ صرف اس صورت میں قبول کیا جاتا ہے اگر مہریں بند ہوں۔
· معجون مصنوعات میں شامل کسی بھی جزو سے الرجی رکھنے والے صارفین جزوی رقم واپس (مکمل نہیں) حاصل کر سکتے ہیں۔
· اصل پنسار دواخانہ خاص اور وفادار صارفین کو معقول وجوہات کی بنیاد پر جزوی رقم واپس دینے کا حق محفوظ رکھتا ہے۔
3. واپسی کا عمل:
· واپسی یا تبادلہ شروع کرنے کے لیے، براہ کرم مصنوعات کو اصل پنسار دواخانہ واپسی ایڈریس پر بھیجیں۔
· جب ہمیں مصنوعات ہمارے دفتر میں موصول ہو جائے گی، ہم آپ کی رقم واپسی 24 گھنٹوں کے اندر (پروسیسنگ ٹائم) پر عمل کریں گے۔
· 250 روپے کی کٹوتی رقم واپسی پر لاگو ہوتی ہے، تبادلے پر نہیں۔ تبادلہ صارفین کے لیے مفت ہے۔
4. وقت کی حد:
· ہماری رقم واپسی یا تبادلہ کی پالیسی پارسل کی ترسیل کی تاریخ سے 7 دنوں کے اندر لاگو ہوتی ہے، جس میں وصولی کے دن بھی شامل ہے۔
· عمل کو آسان بنانے کے لیے، براہ کرم ہمیں پارسل کی ایک تصویر بھیجیں جس پر ڈیلیوری سلپ لیفلیٹ پر چپکائی گئی ہو۔
5. ارادہ تبدیل ہونا:
· ارادہ تبدیل ہونے کی وجہ سے واپسی قبول نہیں کی جاتی۔
ہم آپ کی بہتر خدمت کرنے اور ہمارے مصنوعات سے آپ کی اطمینان کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے پر عزم ہیں۔ اگر آپ کے کوئی سوالات ہیں یا واپسی یا تبادلہ میں مدد درکار ہے، تو براہ کرم ہم سے رابطہ کرنے میں ہچکچاہٹ محسوس نہ کریں۔
نوٹ: یہ واپسی کی پالیسی اصل پنسار دواخانہ کی صوابدید پر تبدیل ہونے کے تابع ہے۔
